The company name embodies my mission:

"Co" represents the commitment to Connect and Co-create with your Essence. "Essence" signifies the core of who you truly are and what truly matters.

CoEssence is a transformational coaching practice rooted in the belief that real change begins with connecting within. My mission is to support individuals to lead a more authentic life, by living from their Essence, both personally and profesionally. To move beyond head-driven and pleaser patterns into lives that feels self-driven, purposeful and joyful. - I like to call this "Essence-driven".

Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, seeking deeper fulfillment, or simply ready to reconnect with yourself, the CoEssence coaching process is designed to meet you where you are. Through honest conversations, proven tools, and compassionate guidance, CoEssence guides you to "establish communication lines"within. By connecting within, we can uncover beliefs and habits, shift perspectives and transform deep rooted issues, which will lead to a more authentic expression in your life.

Follow your Joy

For a long time I strongly identified with my role as business professional. With over 20 years of leadership experience in transformation management, I have guided companies through change in unknown territories. Today, my passion still lies in organisational and personal development, but with a different perspective on ... well... almost everything.

My personal journey was profound. It brought me from a head-driven corporate manager and a pleaser, -who often conformed to others' expectations-, to a more authentic, heart-driven business leader.

Today I feel connected with my essence, my true self. More often than not, I am able to allign my actions with that what brings me joy as well as my values, for example avoiding superficial interactions. My love for nature is expressed through hiking in the forests and mountains of Switzerland, where I have lived for almost 20 years. Water is my main element; I love scuba diving and spending time around water, a passion rooted in my upbringing in The Netherlands, where I was born and raised.

My mission is to guide others in connecting with their true selves, enabling them to live more authentic lives both professionally and personally. My program "Connect to your Essence: Grow & Flow Authentically," aims to empower individuals to live their best lives from the core.

Foundation of all my Services

The origin of this framework lies in my personal transformation journey. Driven by many questions and feelings of confusion and powerlessness, the core pillars helped me find my way towards my essence. Furthermore, it helped allign my inside and outside world. I am able to follow my joy.

Admittably, my journey towards inner and outer allignment was not always easy, but my progress leaves me more confident, fullfilled and brings me a lot of joy.

Today, the framework provides the core foundation for all CoEssence services: coaching, courses and events. The pillars "Connect", "Clarify your truth", "Change" and "Create and Express" serves as a roadmap AND as a toolkit for the HOW. Not only do I use the techniques and tools in sessions with my clients. They also helped me finding my own unique path. I am offering you everything that helped me.
