Hey, I’m Judith. My mission is to accompany people and organizations into new, clearer spaces by helping them connect to what really matters: their essence.

What is your essence? That’s a personal question only you can answer. For me it is clear, it all starts by connecting within. Go beyond the shouting, the fears, pains and desires. Connect to that part of you that is your "still-point".

For me, what started as a relationship inquiry became a life and work practice. Today my guiding question is: "How can I live from my essence even more?" which lead me to a more abundant and healthy life filled with love, connection and playfulness.

What I call “essence” you might call purpose, soul, heart or spirit. It’s the authentic you that exists beneath conditioning — beyond childhood, patterns, teachers, jobs and roles. It’s the part of you that wants to create, to express, and to bring something "new" into the world.
