My name is Judith. I have made it my mission to accompany individuals and businesses into new spaces. I do this, by guiding them to connect to what really matters, the essence.

Life has often brought me into new systems (spaces), sometimes on my own initiative and sometimes not. By now, I am able to adapt quickly or shape new circumstances, following my inner core.

As a child, I was with another family during lunch and after school, as my parents both worked. At the age of 16, I had to move to another place and changed schools in the middle of the academic year. During my Bachelor’s studies in “Higher European Studies” at The Hague University, I studied for a semester in Scotland. Subsequently, I worked and travelled in Australia for a year.

After returning to the Netherlands, I soon met my first life partner. Our love took me to Berlin, Germany and Switzerland. Today, I have lived almost 20 years in Switzerland and I still love it here.

Consequently, my career in Tranformation Management in international businesses mainly took place in Germany and Switzerland. For over 20 years, I have accompanied individuals, teams, and organizations into new systems, whether through digitalization, new strategies or integrations. The international Executive MBA (IEMBA) at HSG in St. Gallen supported greatly.

From 2016 onwards, my path led me towards personal and organizational development. My curiosity and love of learning enabled me to complete trainings as systemic constellations facilitator, hypnotherapist, life coach and Logosynthesis practitioner and instructor, among others.

Today, all my experiences and training come together in CoEssence ltd. As an Organizational and Personal Developer and Coach, I guide individuals and companies to their essence, enabling them to step into their natural state of being and make a true impact. I enjoy working "Freestyle", using whatever is needed in the moment according to the situation.
